Day One (Friday, March 4)

9:00am Welcome and Icebreaker Introductory remarks, housekeeping, and an icebreaker
9:15am Keynote speakers: Coro Strandberg, Scott Hughes, and Annastasia Palubiski Coro Strandberg will discuss the Harvard Business Review article, “Creating Shared Value”, and how it changed her work. 

Scott Hughes will introduce and expand on the idea of social franchising, and examine business opportunities in the nonprofit sector.

Annastasia Palubiski will make an argument for the future of volunteering, and share her thoughts on community engagement.

10:30am Introduction to Open Space Principles Introduction to open space “unconference” principles
10:40am Creating Agenda and Session Pitching Pitch your idea for a session and post it on the sessions board. Attendees vote on the sessions – sessions with the most votes stay on the board
11:10am Break and Refine Sessions Board Chance to review the board and look at sessions you might like to attend
11:20am Session 1 First session begins
12:20pm Lunch
1:15pm Ah Ha Moments Opportunity for attendees to reflect on the first sessions and review the board
1:30pm Session 2 Second session begins
2:30pm Break Refreshments served
2:45pm Session 3 Third session begins
3:45pm Wrap Up Day One Closing remarks for Day One
4:15pm – 6:15pm Marketplace and Social Cash Bar Opportunity for organizations and experts to answer questions, talk about services, and also to take advantage of the cash bar and socialize

Day Two (Saturday, March 5)

9:30am Keynote speaker: Jim Diers Jim Diers speaks about his work in developing neighborhoods.
10:15am Summary of Day One Quick review/refresher of Day One sessions
10:30am Review Open Space Principles If needed
10:40am Creating Agenda and Session Pitching Pitch your sessions and vote
11:10am Break and Refine Sessions Board Review the board and think about sessions you’d like to attend
11:20am Session 4 Fourth session (first of Day Two) begins
12:20pm Lunch
1:20pm Ah Ha Moments Opportunity for reflection of first session of the day
1:30pm Session 5 Fifth session begins
2:30pm Break
2:50pm Session 6 Sixth and final session
3:50pm Closing Remarks Final review of the Camp and closing remarks
4:15pm End Casual social
